Module 2: Emotional Intelligence & Self-Awareness
- Knowing your own feelings
- Emotional triggers: what makes you react?
- Practicing empathy & active listening
- Building emotional safety in relationships
- Activity: Mood journal + Listening challenge with a friend/family member
Module 3: Communication Like a Pro
- Assertive vs aggressive vs passive
- How to express needs without drama
- Using “I” statements
- How to disagree without disrespect
- Activity: Real-life scenario role plays (e.g., arguing with a sibling, apologizing to a friend)
Module 4: Boundaries, Consent & Trust
- What are personal boundaries?
- Saying NO with confidence (without guilt)
- Understanding and practicing consent
- Online boundaries & digital respect
- Activity: “My Boundaries List” + Online safety reflection
Module 5: Handling Peer Pressure, Rejection & Toxicity
- What peer pressure really looks like
- How to say no without losing friends
- Dealing with rejection, jealousy, and ghosting
- Identifying toxic behavior (manipulation, gaslighting)
- Activity: Write your own “cool comeback” scripts + Toxic or not? game
Module 6: Family & Home Relationships

- Respecting family values while forming your own
- Dealing with conflict at home calmly

- Red flags in teen relationships
